BUSINESS VISA

  1. Valid passport,
  2. One original form,
  3. Two photographs (size 35mmx45mm in white background, not older than 6 months),
  4. Overseas Medical Insurance,
  5. Covering letter,
  6. Copy of the Declaration,
  7. Invitation letter and Business correspondence (Invitation should be fax to the consulate directly & one copy to us),
  8. Return ticket,
  9. Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years
  10. Company Income tax papers for last 3 years
  11. Company Bank Statement of last 6 months.
  12. Salary Slip For last 03 month with original company seal on every pages,
  13. Original Personal updated Bank statement for last three months with bank name and applicant name with bank seal and sign on every pages and page should be A4 size only.

TOURIST VISA

  1. Valid passport,
  2. One original form,
  3. One photograph (size 35mmx45mm in white background, not older than 6 months),
  4. Overseas Medical Insurance,
  5. Covering letter,
  6. Foreign Exchange or International credit card,
  7. Income tax papers,
  8. Salary Slip For last 03 month with original company seal on every pages,
  9. Original Personal updated Bank statement for last three months with bank name and applicant name with bank seal and sign on every pages and page should be A4 size only.
  10. Return ticket,
  11. Onward visa,
  12. Hotel Confirmation.
