- Two colour photo 35x45mm 80% face white background,
- Visa application form dully filled & signed by pax only,
- Org Covering letter on Indian company letter head,
- Invitation letter copy from New Zealand,
- Company bank statement copy for last 03 months of passenger with bank seal & sign on each page or Notary by Advocate if having own business
- Company I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger with Notary by Advocate if having own business
- Company incorporation certificate copy with notary by advocate if having own business
- Personal bank statement of passengers for last 03 months with bank seal & sign on each page or Notary by Advocate,
- IT papers for last 03 years with Notary by Advocate.
TOURIST VISA
- Org valid passport at least for 06 months,
- Two colour photo 35x45mm 80% face white background,
- Visa application form dully filled & signed by pax for family,
- Org Detail Covering letter from paxs on Business letter head if having own Business,
- Org Detail Covering letter from paxs on plain paper if working in a company,
- Org Leave letter from company on letter head with leave dates if working in a company,
- Company bank statement for last 03 months of passenger with sufficient funds with bank seal & sign on each page or Notary by Advocate.
- Company I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger with Notary by Advocate.
- Personal bank statement for last 03 months of passenger with minimum balance 3 to 4 lakhs with bank seal & sign on each page or Notary by Advocate,
- Personal I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger with Notary by Advocate,
- School I D card copy for child with Notary by Advocate
